Explore an exit, without listing your clinic
For owners at $1M+ in annual revenue who want to see what roll-up buyers might pay. Benchmark your range first, then request a confidential introduction if the numbers make sense.
How it works, in four steps
Benchmark your clinic
Answer 6 quick questions to see your estimated range and what's moving your multiple.
Approve a blind profile
If you ask for an introduction, we write a short profile without your clinic's name, such as region, revenue band and team. You approve it before any buyer sees it.
Meet buyers that fit
We only share your name with buyers whose criteria match and who have signed a confidentiality agreement, and only with your permission. Then we set up an introduction call.
We step out, you decide
After the introduction, you and the buyer deal with each other directly. We don't negotiate price or terms, advise on deal structure, or manage your financials or data room. Use your own M&A lawyer and CPA.
Listed sale or off-market, the real trade-offs
Neither route is right for every owner. Compare what matters to you.
| Traditional broker | Direct off-market introduction | |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer reach | Marketed to a wider pool, which can create competition | A smaller, targeted group of buyers |
| Confidentiality | Depends on how the listing is run | Fewer parties see that you're considering a sale |
| Seller's fee | Often a percentage of the sale. A 10% fee on a $2M sale is $200,000 | None. Buyers pay us for introductions |
| Who represents you | The broker works for you and runs the process | Nobody from our side. We introduce you, then step out |
| Negotiation support | Usually included in the broker's service | Not included. Hire your own M&A lawyer and CPA, or a broker if you want one |
How we're paid, so you can judge our advice
Owners pay us nothing. We're a marketing and market-research service for private equity platforms and search funds. They pay us flat fees to find clinics that fit their criteria and to set up introductions. We aren't a business broker, investment adviser or broker-dealer, we don't act for you or for the buyer, and we never hold anyone's funds.
[If any buyer fee depends on a sale closing, disclose it here. Have counsel confirm it fits the federal M&A broker exemption and the rules in each state you operate in.]
Because buyers pay us, we aren't neutral. Treat our introductions as a starting point, compare them with other options, and rely on your own advisors for value and terms.
